Vitalini Piergiovanni & Company created this factory and follow its production, marking out guidelines, reference figures of all operators in the productive components, therefore being able to ensure a strict control on the whole working.
Passion and creativeness, characteristics of everyone working in our factory allow to make new creations and manage the productive cycle in the best way, moreover ensuring a strict quality control and respect the delivery times.
The entire activity and production take place in the factory, with a wide range (more then 750) of innovative embroidery and trim machines, special and ornamental, adopting new processes and technologies to personalize and complete garments.
The task reached is the creation of a perfect productive cycle in every phase, aboveall allowed by our collaborators, became specialized in finishing, decoration and personalization of almost all womenswear, menswear, kids and accessories and more then expert in working on very delicate fabrics: silk, viscose, stretch, transparent and many others and also with hand-made finishing. Moreover it has been developed a research laboratory concerning ornamental stitches and decorations even on innovative materials. This has allowed the factory to actively collaborate with its customers’style departments, making their ideas and also developing exclusive and personalized creations.
Our diamond point is represented by the various ornamental stitches and decorations, embroideries made by machine and by hand. Many of them are absolutely an exclusive of the factory far from the normal products found all over, cause they have been made using machines modified by our internal mechanic department, therefore the ornamental stitches collection is always updated thanks to the continuing research. The guarantee of very fast terms of delivery, the respect of a very high quality standard has allowed the factory to collaborate with the best national and international fashion groups and most famous italian, french, english, american stylists..

The artisan work and research of materials guarantees to the final customer a product in great demand and differing on the market.
The Company FORZA GIOVANE always safeguards the Made in Italy product, infact all the production has done into our factory situated in Calcinelli di Saltara.
Our strenght is the manual skill and the experience of the operators, who don’t limit themselves doing what is requested, but they are able to do working proposals. We have about 60 persons inside our company with 20/30 years of experience.
Our strength is to reproduce ideas and working technics coming from vintage clothes, of time away, that’s all to obtein an artisan and artistic product.
We expose each season ( 2 editions each year) at the following sector fairs : Pitti Immagine Filati (Firenze) concerning yarns and knitwear, Moda in Milano Unica (Milano) an International fair concerning fashion accessories and fabrics, Mod'Amont-Premier Vision (Parigi) an International fair concerning fashion accessories and fabrics, Anteprima (Milano) an exclusive fair on invitation that occurs in preview to Linea Pelle exhibition and it concerns leather goods brands, shoes factories and furs factories, Linea Pelle (Bologna) that turns towards the same customers target of Anteprima but it is opened at all sector operators.
The professional background of our collaborators and the technology achieved during 30 years of activity allowed us to have an incredible stitches archive, garments and vintage decorations telling the creativeness history of our company.
In this phase of crisis and difficulties we do not want to disperse this heritage but we would like to improve it passing through the research of a closer collaboration with companies as yours in order to give to the luxury sector a really special product.
